Astound Your Friends With These Amazing Tricks...

Can you make an egg fit inside of a bottle, or make a penny disappear? What if you could magically guess exactly which cards your friends were holding up? Performing magic tricks looks tough, and if you've ever seen a magic show, you know just how complicated some of those stunts can be. It might be hard to believe, but a great deal of the "magic" we see today is really science as work!

Imagine standing in front of your friends and performing a magic show they'll never forget. What if you could meet a real-life, talented magician who could show you some of his favorite tricks? You'd be the talk of the playground and show your friends how a little bit of science can be truly magical!

Saturdays at The Discovery Center this August are the answer! Master Magician Tim is teaching this Saturday Science class, based on science methods and principles designed to look like magic. Master Magician Tim will show your kids the famous cup-and-ball trick that's over 4,000 years old! "This trick was even done by the ancient Egyptians," Master Magician Tim said. "This class will show your kids how science can be fun and look so cool you'll think its magic!"
